    • Day 1: Arrival in Shillong & Local Sightseeing

      • Highlights: Arrive in Shillong and check into your hotel. Explore the "Scotland of the East" with visits to Ward’s Lake, Lady Hydari Park, Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, Don Bosco Museum (optional), Shillong Golf Course, and shopping at Police Bazaar.

      • Overnight: Shillong

    • Day 2: Shillong Scenic Highlights

    • Day 4: Hidden Gems of Cherrapunji

      • Highlights: Discover Dainthlen Falls, Garden of Caves, Wah-Kaba Falls, Khoh Ramhah (Mottrop Rock), Thangkharang Park, Bangladesh Border Viewpoint, and Wei Sawdong Falls (weather/fitness permitting).

    • Day 5: Double Decker Living Root Bridge Trek

      • Highlights: Drive to Tyrna Village and trek down ~3,500 steps through dense jungle and suspension bridges to Nongriat. Marvel at the Double Decker Living Root Bridge, swim in crystal streams, and optionally trek further to Rainbow Falls before trekking back to Tyrna.

      • Overnight: Cherrapunji

    • Day 6: Cherrapunji to Jowai (Jaintia Hills)

      • Drive: ~95 km | 3–4 Hours

      • Highlights: Cross into the Jaintia Hills to explore Krang Suri Waterfall, Phe Phe Falls (subject to accessibility), Jowai Town, and Thadlaskein Lake.

      • Overnight: Jowai

    • Day 7: Jowai to Shillong Drop

      • Drive: ~65 km | 2–2.5 Hours

  • Shillong (Days 1 & 2): Capital city in the East Khasi Hills. Serves as the primary hub for dining, market shopping, and exploring Mawphlang Sacred Forest and Laitlum Canyons.

  • Cherrapunji / Sohra (Days 3, 4 & 5): Located ~55 km south of Shillong on a dramatic plateau edge. Home to high waterfalls, limestone caves, and the starting point (Tyrna Village) for the Nongriat living root bridge trek.

  • Tyrna & Nongriat Village (Day 5): Tyrna is ~20 km from Cherrapunji town. Nongriat lies deep in the canyon below, accessible only by a 3,500-step trek down.

  • Jowai (Day 6): The district headquarters of the West Jaintia Hills, situated ~95 km east of Cherrapunji. Famous for pristine blue waterfalls like Krang Suri and Phe Phe Falls.
