The Living Golden Citadel: Walk through Sonar Quila, India's only functioning residential fortress bustling with shops, ancient Jain temples, and local families.

Tanot Temple Legends: Discover the lore of the border temple where over 3,000 Pakistani bombs dropped in the 1971 war failed to explode, preserved in the army-managed shrine museum.

Dune Camping & Folk Music: Sunset camel rides on sweeping Thar dunes followed by fireside Manganiyar folk singing and Kalbeliya dance.

Day 1: Late-Night Arrival in Jaisalmer & Check-in

Arrive at Jaisalmer Railway Station around 11:00 PM and meet our representative for transfer to Hotel Prithvi Haveli. Check in, relax, and unwind after your journey.

Day 2: Jaisalmer Local Sightseeing & Transfer to Sam Sand Dunes

After breakfast, explore the golden sandstone architecture of the city. Visit the living Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila), Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmal ki Haveli, Salim Singh ki Haveli, and the temples around Gadisar Lake. Browse colorful local bazaars for souvenirs and Rajasthani handicrafts. By evening, transfer to Sam Sand Dunes (~40 km) for a sunset camel ride or jeep safari, followed by live Rajasthani folk music, Kalbeliya dance, and dinner under the stars.

Overnight: Desert Camp, Sam Sand Dunes

Day 3: Excursion to Tanot Mata Temple & Longewala | Departure

Early breakfast at the desert camp, followed by a full-day excursion to the Indo-Pak border region. Visit the sacred Tanot Mata Temple, famous for withstanding heavy shelling during the 1971 war. Explore the Longewala War Memorial battlefield to see captured enemy tanks and war exhibits. Return to Jaisalmer by evening for drop-off at Jaisalmer Railway Station around 9:00–10:00 PM for onward travel.
