The agency owner , was very professional and kind, especially when it came to customizing our itinerary. A special thanks for personally helping us visit the Dargah in Ajmer - it was a highlight of our trip! However, I had a subpar experience with the Umroagarh hotel in Jodhpur that was booked through the agency. The hotel's service didn't quite meet my expectations. Additionally about our driver, despite our requests, he didn't take us to the good famous restaurants, and instead, stopped at places that suited him. His attitude was not super great at the starting of the trip, but overall it was okay. He did help us at the Khatu Shyam temple.
